Booking terms for commercial booths, European Dog Show 2026.

Registration Fee
The booth booking is completed and confirmed once the registration fee has been paid.

The fee will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.

The Swedish Kennel Club reserves the right to review all applications and may, without justification, deny participation or set specific requirements for exhibitors. Should the Swedish Kennel Club deny participation, the registration fee will be refunded.

Placement
The placement of your booth will be based on the Svenska Kennelklubben use of the exhibition area, and we reserve the right to allocate the final booth location according to our overall planning.

Cancellation
Cancellation of booth space can be made within 7 days from receipt of the confirmed booth placement/booth number, which will be sent out approximately two weeks after the registration fee has been paid.”

Payment Terms
The full booth rental must be paid in advance against invoice, according to the payment deadline stated on the invoice. The final invoice will be sent out in July to the address provided in the booking form.

Your application is binding, and we remind you that booked booth space may not be wholly or partially transferred to another party without written approval from the Svenska Kennelklubben. If your invoice has not been paid, access to the show will be denied until proof of payment has been presented.

Companies booking a booth at European Dog Show 2026 commit to complying with the stated regulations, Stockholmsmässan’s general conditions, and all other provided information.

For the best results at the lowest cost, please submit your order well in advance.
If you plan to build walls or other structures in the booth that exceed 2.5 meters in height, please submit a height inspection request to Eventservice and attach a dimensioned drawing as early as possible.
